I am thinking of going in to fine dining, but Im not sure if I should. People say in fine dining your tips are much better but you have way fewer tables, and you tip out more. I currently work at Chilis, I have a set schedule where I work from 34 hrs to never more than 40 and I make an average of 600 per week in tips, but I work VERY VERY hard, should I go to fine dining, have you done both? Which do you prefer and why?

country club setting. i would like the membership to dine outside, on the pool patio, instead of always eating inside. specials? promotions? ... as far as casual dining goes, there is no difference if u eat on the patio or in the grill room.

Where can I look for a casual dining set in Houston? Does anyone know any good Harwin store that they recommend? I tried Walmart and Target and believe it or not.. .IT'S EXPENSIVE!!! My price range should be NO MORE THAN $100.00... I know... I'm cheap... but I honestly don't care if it's used. I have searched craigslist.com and ebay.com and nothing... HELP!!! My hubby and I just moved into a new house and we need something to do with our dining room. I know it seems obvious... dine in it, but we are a very casual couple who doesnt have formal sit down dinners. For us it would be a waste of space and money to go buy a formal dining set that we would never use. We have an eat-in kitchen for meals and a family room that we watch tv in. So we're left with a big empty room in the front of the house. Any suggestions on what we can do with the space? Also, I already turned one of the bedrooms into an office, so pls dont suggest we make it an office. Any suggestions are appreciated!

We recently got a much bigger set of living room furniture. We have a lot of guest so seating was a must. The main problem with that is there is no more room for our upright piano anymore. It's a nice antique piece that my husband loves so I would really like to put it in one of our more public rooms. The only other place I can think of is in the dining room. Is that weird to have a piano in a casual dining area? I would really like to keep it casual but worry that it'll look out of place. Any ideas on how to keep it casual yet incorporate the piano. Thanks! My husband plays the piano and I can play a little. We have owned it for a while now and it's really special to my husband as it's been passed down for generations. At first I thought about selling it but it really is nice.
