I would like to buy a 50's style chrome dinette set. I have found many to purchase via the Internet, BUT, I want to see it first, so I don't want to buy from the Internet. I want a new one, not a used one. Does anyone know of a place in the Los Angeles area that sells them? Thank you.

I went to furniture factory outlet today. The salesman mentioned that Pub Style Dinettes are very popular now. Has anyone else heard this. The tables and chairs are very high. They look cool and I'm thinking of buying. But I wanted to make sure that it was for sure a popular style. Thanks.

I HAVE AN ANTIQUE CHROME DINETTE SET W/4 CHAIRS. DUE TO MILDEW AND RUSTING, CHAIRS NEED TO BE CLEANED AND POLISHED. THEY WERE MY MOTHERS, SHE USED FOR OVER 60 YRS.

I'm thinking of buying a table and chairs at JCPenney's but the decription on most of them say Assembly is required. I'm afraid I'll damage something if I try to put it together myself. The description only talks about delivery options so it seems like nobody will put it together for me. Have you purchased a dinette set from JC Penney's before? Was the assembly easy?

I'm considering buying a used Ashley furniture dinette set. Its a nine foot cherry table, very ornate carved wood and very elaborate and formal. It comes with eight upholstered chairs. The seller is asking $2300 or best offer. I can't find any Ashley prices on line so I have no idea if this is a good price or not. Anyone know if that seems like a good price?
