How do I loosen the screws on my dining room chairs so I can reupholster the seats?
I 've got old dining room chairs and I want to reupholster the seats. But the screws are stuck underneath so I can't unscrew them to get the seats off. Any suggestions? Any way to loosen the screws?

uh .......... screwdriver?
Use WD 40.
Apply and let soak a few minutes.
Also tightening first often works, then loosen.
