How do i attract guests to dine outside, where we offer the same menu & quality of service, instead
country club setting. i would like the membership to dine outside, on the pool patio, instead of always eating inside. specials? promotions? ...
as far as casual dining goes, there is no difference if u eat on the patio or in the grill room.

-Provide umbrellas to shade the tables, or have the tables be under a structure so the guests arent eating in the sun.
-Offer a free cold drink for the patrons who eat outside. Have the drink be different each day, like flavored iced teas & lemonades, lime rickeys, etc.
-Make sure the seats and seating arrangements are comfy outside. Sometimes people don't want to eat outside because they don't want to sit on hard "patio furniture"
-Maybe the patrons feel like if they eat outside then they will be neglected by the waitstaff. Give the outside diners buzzers or a device that lets them notify a waiter that they need something.
