As a server which is better for money Fine Dining or Fast Paced Casual?
I am thinking of going in to fine dining, but Im not sure if I should. People say in fine dining your tips are much better but you have way fewer tables, and you tip out more. I currently work at Chilis, I have a set schedule where I work from 34 hrs to never more than 40 and I make an average of 600 per week in tips, but I work VERY VERY hard, should I go to fine dining, have you done both? Which do you prefer and why?

Always strive for better than you have. Fine dining is a more respectable profession. All serving no matter what level of establishment is a back breaking job.
